By accessing and using the Tall Masai Safaris website and booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Tall Masai Safaris provides safari tour packages, travel planning services, and related tourism activities in Kenya and East Africa. All tours are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment is required before the commencement of the safari.
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices due to changes in park fees, government taxes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment can be made through:

• Bank transfer
• Credit/debit card
• Mobile money (M-Pesa)
• Other agreed payment methods

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administration fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
• No-shows are non-refundable

Some tours may have specific cancellation policies that override these general terms.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, and emergency evacuation.

7. Liability

Tall Masai Safaris acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays or changes in itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Actions of third-party service providers

8. Passports and Visas

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations for travel to Kenya. Tall Masai Safaris can provide guidance but is not responsible for visa denials or entry refusals.

9. Health Requirements

Clients should consult with their healthcare provider regarding recommended vaccinations and medications for travel to Kenya. Some areas may require yellow fever vaccination certificates.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Tall Masai Safaris and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
